NUTRITIOUS MIX SPROUT


Sprouts are the best source of protein and really easy to make. This recipe is made with base sprouts and crunchy corn flakes, oats biscuit which gives it a unique taste. Try it as a healthy breakfast for your loved little ones.





Ingredients:

  • Moong sprouts   -- 1/2 cup
  • Boiled chich pea       --  1/4 cup
  • Chopped tomato  -- 1/4 cup
  • Chopped cucumber  -- 1/4 cup
  • Chopped carrot   -- 1/4 cup
  • Boiled sweet corn  -- 1/4 cup
  • Large chopped onion -- 1/4 of a regular sized onion
  • Green chilly chopped  -- as per taste
  • Black salt -- as per taste
  • Chaat masala -- as per taste
  • Pomegranate -- 1 tbsp
  • Corn flakes  -- 2 tbsp
  • Museli     -- 1 tbsp
  • Oats biscuit   -- 1
  • Mint   -- 6-7 leaves
  • Chopped corriander -- as per taste  

    Method : 


    • Power boil moong daal. Take water in a pan and boil it. Put moong daal in it, let it boil till the upper layer is softening. It should become soft from outside while still being raw inside. Do not overcook as it will kill the nutrition value.
    • Except cornflakes, museli and oats biscuit add everything in a bowl and mix it well.
    • At the time of serving add corn flakes, museli and oats biscuit (crushed into smaller pieces). If you add these early they will lose the crispiness.
    • You can use any other sprouts too, to give variety and different taste.
