Today is Kids day. Apple and apricot both are full of health goodness but how to get the little one eat it. So made apple apricot is yummy and tangy and kids would surely love this.

  • Dried apricot - 1/2 cup
  • Apple - 2 medium size
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1 cup

  • First cut the apricot and  boil them till they become soft.

  • Now peel the apple and chop in fine pieces.
  • Boil apple with 3 tbsp water on low heat in a pan covered with lid for 4-5 mins.

  • When apple becomes soft add apricot and mash them together stirring it continuously . 

  • Now add cinnamon powder, lemon juice and honey mix well. Cook it for 20 mins until it becomes thick.
  •  Jam is ready to serve. Have it with bread, chapati.
