Hi Friends, Here is the recipe of quick and healthy breakfast. It hardly takes any time to prepare and is pretty tasty and healthy. Ideal choice to give little one a great start.....
INGREDIENTS:
- Quick rolled oats - 1 cup
- Rawa ( suji ) - 1/3 cup
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Carrot - 2 ( grated )
- Tomato - 1 finely chopped
- Onion - 1 medium finely chopped
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chili - to taste
- Coriander - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - to fry
METHOD:
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl make a smooth batter (it should be pouring consistency ) if you feel batter is thick mix some water in to it.
- Heat a non stick tawa and grease it using little oil.
- Pour a spoonful of the batter on the tawa.and spread with circular motion to make round chila . cook on the medium flame till chila is brown in color.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Oats chila is ready to serve with chutney or sauce of your choice.
